Search Queries
Text entered into a sponsored search widget is sent to the outside provider that operates that tool. That provider processes the query under its own policy. Cass County Court Docket does not maintain a separate log of those query terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If a visitor sends a message to the operator, the message may be retained to respond or address the request. It is not shared outside the operating organization unless disclosure is required by law.

No Court-Record Database
This private resource does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of Cass County court files or personal case histories. It explains where public records may be found. Cass District Court access is governed by the Minnesota Rules of Public Access Rule 8, including rules that distinguish courthouse inspection from remote electronic access. Court information is not converted here into a consumer report.
Third-Party Search Partners
Sponsored search widgets are operated by third parties. Information submitted through one is handled under that provider's own retention, security, and sharing practices. Review the provider's policy before submitting any query because Cass County Court Docket does not control the provider's systems.
Links to Other Websites
Official court, county, city, and state links take visitors to independently operated services. Their privacy notices apply after leaving this site. Advertising partners may also conduct their own cross-site activity measurement under their policies.
Who May Receive Information
Personal information is not sold. Limited information may be processed by service providers that support analytics, advertising, message handling, or a search query initiated by the visitor. Information may also be disclosed when a valid legal obligation requires it.

Reasonable administrative and technical practices are used to protect the information handled by the site. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so visitors should avoid sending sensitive case information through an unverified channel.
Visitors Under 18
The resource is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. A responsible person who believes a child provided information may ask the operator to review and remove it where appropriate.
Your Data and Record-Access Rights
A visitor may request information held by the operator, seek correction of inaccurate contact information, or ask about deletion of a message. Public access to a Minnesota court record is a separate question. Rule 8 controls court-record access, while Minn. Stat. § 13.01 and § 13.03 address public county-government data and do not override a court restriction.
